mark said this business is good for making money for founders but sharks cant generate profit from this business so he is out. Lori said that she cannot invest in this business so she is also out.

Kevin made two offers for the founders. first offer was $400K for 10% equity + $40 royalty until he gets $1.2 Million back and second offer was $400K for 33.3% equity. founders was not giving attention to Kevin so he also get out. Boona did not get any deal on the shark tank.
